Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket, flattening each slightly with the back of a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  4. Air fry the cookies at 350°F for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and slightly crisp.
  5. Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
