This Crunchy and Creamy Shrimp Salad combines the rich, creamy textures of a well-balanced dressing with the fresh, crisp crunch of vegetables and tortilla chips. The combination of shrimp, crunchy vegetables, and the light, tangy sauce makes every bite an irresistible treat.
- Ingredients:
 
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cup celery, diced
 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips (for crunch)
 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
 
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
 - In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
 - Pour the dressing over the shrimp and vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
 - Add the crushed tortilla chips to the salad and mix lightly to maintain their crunch.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve chilled.
