Crock Pot Crack Potato Soup

Ingredients:
- 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
 - 4 cups chicken broth
 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
- Add diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning mix to the crock pot.
 - Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
 - Use a potato masher or immersion blender to slightly mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.
 - Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well-combined.
 - Add bacon bits and season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve topped with green onions and additional bacon, if desired.
