Campfire S’more Bananas

S’more Banana Boats are the ultimate outdoor treat, combining the flavors of a classic s’more with the natural sweetness of bananas. The bananas soften and caramelize as they cook, creating a warm, gooey filling filled with melted chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.

  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 ripe bananas
    • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
    • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
    • Aluminum foil
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Slice each banana lengthwise, making a deep cut but not slicing all the way through. Leave the peel intact on the outside.
    3. Gently open the banana and stuff it with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. Add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness, if desired.
    4. Wrap each banana in aluminum foil, making sure the foil is tightly sealed around the banana.
    5. Place the foil-wrapped bananas on the grill or in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bananas are soft, and the chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey.
    6. Carefully remove the foil and serve warm, enjoying the melted s’mores goodness inside the banana.
