Ingredients:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 lb sliced deli corned beef
- 1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, well drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
- Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the dough.
- Layer with half of the corned beef, all of the drained sauerkraut, then Swiss cheese.
